Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Key Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. This role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management, with a deep understanding of AV/UC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including end users and International Project Consultants (IPCs). Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs.
  • Sales Quota & Target Management:
    Carry a sales quota and work towards achieving or exceeding it by identifying and securing business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Pipeline Development:
    Proactively manage and build a sales pipeline from current accounts by engaging clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proposing appropriate AV/UC solutions.
  • Travel & Client Visits:
    Travel up to 70-80% of the time across India to meet with clients, conduct product demos, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement & Reporting:
    Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, client feedback, and emerging opportunities. Ensure all client interactions are documented and tracked in the CRM system.Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or Key Account Management in a B2B environment. Experience in the AV/UC industry is a plus.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales acumen with proven experience in managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present solutions and build client trust.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across India to manage client engagements.
