All Wave AV has recently finished a project for a financial services company in Navi, Mumbai. The office, which covers 9 floors, includes advanced AV workspaces. The Morning Star’s Platinum & Vishwaroop buildings now boast a modern Poly-based AV system with AI-driven video collaboration, 4K displays and improved room acoustics. This upgrade features centralized control, Dante-integrated audio and AVIXA-standardized solutions, ensuring clear communication and an enhanced meeting experience.

Project Overview

Morning Star’s Platinum and Vishwaroop buildings house over 40 meeting spaces, including:

Huddle, Small, Stand-up and Medium-Sized Meeting Rooms
Four Large 16-20 Pax Meeting Rooms per Floor
Four Training Rooms per Floor with Shure Dante-Based Tile Microphones

The goal was to upgrade the existing Logitech-based setup to a modern Poly-based AV system, while ensuring optimal display sizing, audio performance and seamless Zoom Native Room integration.

Challenges & Problems

Legacy Equipment & Limited Collaboration Experience
