VP – Business Development – 1 (Mumbai)
All Wave AV Systems (www.allwaveav.com) is a premier, 22+-year-old AV and IoT System Integrator, headquartered in Mumbai and delivering projects across India. We are now in a phase of expansion for International markets to provide services for various solutions – not limited to Design, Estimation, Project Delivery, and Ticketing. We are looking for an able marketeer and Business Development Associate to outreach and promote our services to international channels and networks
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and client outreaches
- Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
- Manage administrative duties
- SEO, SEM campaigns with the external marketing team
- Work on personalized Email campaigns and social campaigns
- Work on outreach to partner via Zoom/Teams call
- Set up in-person meetings for Directors as needed in the US/UK/ME
- Work with magazine editors for promotion, should be able to write decent content as well
- Work on LeadGen campaigns (knowledge of Inbound Marketing/ Hubspot preferred but not compulsory – training will be given)
- Zoom/Team meetings with potential clients explaining the company’s processes and USP’s
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, pleasing personality, excellent diction (to serve global markets)
- Well versed at LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Team player, committed and extrovert
- Good at grasping technology and high learning quotient
CTC
- 8 lakhs fixed+ 4 lakhs performance variable
The role is office based in Mumbai, reports to the Director of Business
Should be willing to occasionally travel post year 1 on the job to international locations for promotions, fairs, etc
Role will evolve to eventually be the Head of International Sales and is the fast track
This is a new division in All Wave. We are looking at someone who can work well in an unstructured environment
