Position: Associate Inside Sales
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
CTC: (Fixed) + (Variable based on sales performance)
Reports to: Sales Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our Vashi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting sales operations by working closely with the external sales team and marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify new customer opportunities using industry directories, LinkedIn, and mailing lists. Make cold calls or follow up on inbound leads to create potential sales pipelines.
  • Customer Research: Gather insights into customer business needs, revenue, and current suppliers to tailor pitches and build personalized solutions for each client.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients, answering queries, assisting with purchase decisions, and making follow-up calls to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct remote product demos and, on occasion, in-person demonstrations for potential clients to showcase AV/UC solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales terms, including customized packages, discounts, and after-sales services, to close deals successfully.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Direct online leads to field sales executives and work collaboratively to ensure alignment in client engagements and follow-ups.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an updated customer database and accurate sales records to track progress and performance.
  • Communication with Marketing: Regularly communicate with marketing partners to align efforts and enhance lead generation campaigns.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards meeting the sales goals and objectives set by leadership, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are achieved.
  • Skill Development: Continuously work on improving sales skills, such as cold calling, negotiations, and pitching, to increase success rates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the technology or AV/UC sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, bulk emailing, and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey solutions effectively to clients.
  • Sales Ability: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Personality: A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude, high energy, and the ability to engage clients positively.
