Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager for our Managed Services division. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in selling services or software to SMB or enterprise clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth through online and offline campaigns, product demos, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales:
    Drive sales by identifying and engaging with potential clients for Managed Services. Develop a strategic plan to achieve sales quotas and build a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:
    Conduct product (software) demos, both online and offline, and convince potential clients to try out services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Travel & Field Work:
    Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients across locations, managing face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns:
    Manage lead generation campaigns through digital and offline channels. Execute campaigns that attract new clients and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Quota Management:
    Take ownership of sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Technology Understanding:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology to better engage clients and offer informed solutions.Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling services or software to SMB or enterprise clients.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts related to AV/UC Managed Services.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to meet clients.
  • Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills. Ability to present and demo software effectively.
  • Personality: Outgoing, with a strong personality to convince and close deals, and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
