Position: Project Management Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Management Lead with at least 5 years of project management experience, particularly in the IT and Security sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a focus on design, engineering, and training, overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure successful delivery. The role involves extensive client interaction, managing teams, and ensuring projects meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Leadership:
  Lead and manage projects across various verticals, including IT, Security, and AV/UC solutions. Ensure all projects are executed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
• Client Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide regular project updates and reports.
• Team Leadership & Training:
  Lead project teams, provide mentorship, and handle escalations. Train and onboard new project engineering recruits, ensuring they are equipped to contribute effectively.
• Project Documentation & Reporting:
  Take responsibility for weekly reports, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring that all documents are updated. Utilize tools like Gantt charts and CRM systems for tracking and planning.
• Travel & On-site Management:
  Travel across India as required to oversee on-site project implementation, client meetings, and ensure the smooth execution of all project phases.
• Escalation Handling:
  Manage and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring that all escalations are addressed promptly and effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT, Security, or related industries.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in handling escalations and resolving issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to use Gantt charts, CRM systems, and other project management tools for planning and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across India as required.
