Nilesh is a 25-year-old veteran of the audiovisual and technology industries in India with rich experience in technology design. He directs the design team while playing a key role in the strategic development of AllWave AV.

With over 20+ years of experience, he is the rock behind All Wave's focus on process documentation and standards. He directs the AutoCAD team, programming team, and post-sales support.

With over 30+ years of experience, he is truly the master of many traits. He drives the technical team across India. With his knowledge of hardware products and user adoption, he guides our design team to innovate better solutions.

Mr. B. Ramaswamy has been a part of many top organizations like the World Bank and Feedback Ventures. He has been an advisor and mentor to AllWave for over 15 years, helping with our growth strategy as well as understanding the changing landscape of the Indian business ecosystem.

With a very rich experience of 30 years, he drives the prodigy team (Intelligent, Asset Management). He has been part of organizations like Fullerton, HCL, and Aditya Birla.
